Why are memory foam pillows so hot?
Traditional memory foam pillows run hot because they are made of dense solid or shredded foam, making it harder for air to circulate and more likely to absorb body heat. The Eden is made with cooling gel-infused memory foam and cross-cut microfiber to avoid absorbing heat from the body.
Can you put a pillowcase on a cooling pillow?
A pillow cover is not necessary, however we do offer a CoolSide pillow case that takes cooling to the next level. Our pillow's inner cooling properties will still function with a pillow cover. Try it with and without a protector to determine your preference.
Do cooling pillows actually work?
The Eden is constructed from the inside out to provide cooling comfort. Our blend consists of cooling gel-infused memory foam and microfiber. If you are a hot sleeper, stop flipping and fluffing throughout the night and consider The Eden for a real relaxing rest.
Can cooling pillows be washed?
Yes, our cooling memory foam pillow can be washed. It comes with a washable cover on the outer layer. We recommend washing both layers in cold water on a delicate cycle. Be sure to secure the zipper so the cross-cut memory foam does not spill from the inner layer.

So far, really comfortable!
I'm a majority side sleeper who "sleeps hot" and getting comfortable at all in the past involved lots of pillow flipping and squishing/fluffing. I originally tried out the standard shape latex fill pillow, but found it just didn't work for me, so I decided to try the Eden Crescent shaped adjustable - and it's been great so far. Adjusting the fill level has made a difference in obtaining a more fine-tuned fit and I'm really liking this so far. Still wondering if I should have got the Cool+ instead, but perhaps next time. I do not find this leaves me feeling too warm relative to even the best pillows from my past. Coop customer service has been really great with my questions and the return of the pillow.
